Frank has been leading Southern Machine Works since 2019, but his journey with the company started back in 2001. With a strong background in business—holding both an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from Oklahoma State University—Frank has played a key role in expanding the company’s reach, embracing new technologies, and streamlining operations. He’s passionate about making sure Southern Machine Works stays at the cutting edge of the precision machining industry.

Outside of work, Frank has been happily married to Misty since 1995. They met during their college days in Stillwater. Misty is a school psychologist for Lawton Public Schools, and together they have a daughter, Bennett, who was born in 2008. The family loves to travel and is always up for a new adventure—especially if it involves scuba diving or snow skiing, which are shared passions for all three.
